THRYVE Framework™ Pathway Program
The THRYVE Framework™ Pathway Program is a structured 3-, 6-, or 12-month fractional advisory partnership that supports organisations to move from strain to synergy through a research-informed, human-centred approach.
Each level provides a deeper degree of partnership and implementation:
Level 1 — Insight Pathway (3 months)
Investigation, diagnostic assessment, and a custom strategic direction.
Level 2 — Action Pathway (6 months)
A detailed, practical action plan and supported early implementation.
Level 3 — Transformation Pathway (12 months)
Full program implementation, leadership mentoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Sector-Tailored Across All Pathways
Every pathway is tailored to the unique dynamics of:
Corporate organisations
Healthcare services
Faith-based and community organisations
Not-for-profit and mission-driven organisations
Regardless of the level selected, all assessments, advisory support, leadership development, and implementation guidance are delivered in a way that reflects your sector’s realities and challenges.

Why a Pathway Program—Not a One-Off Session?
Workplace culture, psychological safety, wellbeing, and leadership behaviour cannot be improved in a single event.
They require:
time
repetition
partnership
reflection
leadership modelling
gradual embedding
The THRYVE Framework™ Pathway Program provides that structure.
Culture transformation is time-based, not “hour-based.”
More hours cannot compress the time required for insight, behavioural change, or embedding new systems.
Each pathway level represents a larger scope and deeper support, not a faster version of the same work.
The Fractional Role Advantage
The Pathway Program operates as a fractional workplace culture and wellbeing role, providing consistent expert support without requiring a full-time hire.
Typical weekly commitments:
Insight Pathway: 3–4 hours/week
Action Pathway: 5–6 hours/week
Transformation Pathway: 8–10 hours/week
This enables:
continuous momentum
responsive advisory support
hands-on implementation guidance
regular touchpoints with leaders and teams
sustained attention to culture and wellbeing
Many organisations integrate this support alongside HR, People & Culture, WHS, Quality, or Leadership Development functions.
Alignment With WHS and Psychosocial Safety
The Pathway Program supports organisations to:
identify and understand psychosocial hazards
address interpersonal, workload, and system-level pressures
strengthen psychological safety
embed proactive wellbeing strategies
align policies and processes with WHS expectations
transition from reactive problem-solving to sustainable prevention
This approach aligns with Australian WHS legislation and international standards such as ISO 45003.
